Perfect numbersIf K is a prime and M(K) = 2^K-1 is also a prime (now called a Mersenne prime) then P(K) =2^(K-1)*M(K) is a perfect number (the sum of all of itsproper divisors is equal to P(K)).ALSO, Euler proved that ALL *even* perfect numbers MUST be of the form given above. Just recently a new Mersenne prime was found, thus bringing the total number of known perfect numbers (if I remember correctly)to 33. It is not known if there are infinitely many perfect numbers, nor it is known whether there are any odd perfect numbers. Human brain is powerful that makes people do the impossible possible. I have some tips for you in order to be able to memorize some hard terminology, definitions, and sentences for any class.
Let me go head and summarize what I think very useful tips from my own experience:
Do not go to study while you are very hungry or very full. So, don’t eat three or four burger sandwiches and then go to study, because your brain and body will feel lazy and sleepy and you will lose your concentration.
Prepare the environment. Make the atmosphere around you quite and peaceful. For example, turn off the music, TV or any distractions.

Revising the JEE topics
This one poses the maximum challenge to students. With the board exams almost over, how should you go about revising the topics for JEE?
I say jot it down.
Pick a subject -- say physics -- and go through the detailed syllabus. Go through the components from the beginning. And as you do so, in your mind, go through all the concepts and principles associated with each component in full.
Open a note book for this purpose. Whenever a formula or equation comes up, write it down in the note book. Remember, we are suggesting that you write the equations and formulae without referring to them.

MARKING OF QUESTIONS WHILE ATTEMPTING PAPER Have you ever thought how much time does it take to mark an answer in the response sheet . Most of the time we do not think about it because we think that it is too small a thing to think about . But you would be surprised to know that normally the time taken to mark a response varies between 6 to 10 seconds per question . so if you attempt 90 questions and take on an average 8 seconds to mark the responses , the total time consumed is = 8 X 90 = 720 seconds = 12 minutes .
