see.. heartwood and sapwood are mainly seen in plants when there is a large variation in the temperature of their habitait around the year... and these plants are basically tropical plants where temperature is quite favourable the whole year.... so, there is no such differentiation... i hope it helps..

BARK:All tissues outside the vascular cambium constitute bark.It includes secondary phloem and periderm.HEARTWOOD:The older xylem which is towards the center of stem loses water and stores various organic compounds.this is heartwood.SAPWOOD:The newly formed secondary xylem is found in the peripheral part of the tree trunk is sapwood.These differences are seen only when there are wide variations in climate which is seen only in temperate countries.The plants you mentioned belong to tropical regions.
