If you are in KOTA, join Shishir Mittal's classes. Really, no better alternative than this. Might seem a little far fetched but the guy is awesome, mostly because of his attitude. He respects knowledge and common sense, unlike most professors who make JEE a matter of infinite notes and dedication.

If you are NOT in KOTA, then try P Bahadur's Inorganic Chemistry. Be regular. The answer is THAT simple. Be regular in doing the exercises from his book. It is pretty darn good. And you can even develop your interest in it!
