TWO LIMITATIONS OF COULOMBS LAW-(1)CHARGES SHOULD BE STATIONARY.(2)POINT CHARGES....................
None

TWO LIMITATIONS OF COULOMBS LAW-(1)CHARGES SHOULD BE STATIONARY.(2)POINT CHARGES...............................MY QUES IS IF CHARGES ARE STATIONARY HOW COULOMBS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO ELECTRON AND NUCLEUS SYSTEM AS ELECTRON IS ALWAYS ROTATING ????????/DOES THIS STATIONARY REFER TO BOHRS POSTULATES AND MEAN THAT THE CHARGES SHOULD NOT RADIATE ENERGY????????????

I think charge distance should be constant... In circular motion of electron around proton raidus is constant...I AM ALSO NOT CONFIDENT ABOUT THIS

I THINK THAT STATIONARY REFERS TO THE TERM AS DEFINED BY BOHR.............HERE IT IMPLIES THAT

THE CHARGES WHICH ARE NOT RADIATING ENERGY!!!!!!

STILL THERE IS  SUMTHING MISSING IN MY ANSWER.........pLZ ANYONE XPLAIN.........

the two limitations of coulomb's law are that

(1) Charges should be unity.

(2) Charges must not radiate out any energy.

I haven't heard that before that they should be stationary. They should be non-radiating.

 Condition for Coulombs Law..

1.Charges should me small...so that we can measure the electric force.....because if charges will have some mass..defintly some measurable mass then there will be gravitational force of attraction between them which decrease the actual electric force of attraction between them and thus coulombs law fails.

2. There should be no relative motion between the charges,,,,means if taking one charge particle at account then the other should seems to be at rest......If there will be relative motion as respective then their will be variation in distance between the charge particle which doesn't allow to establish any relation for forces as it is defined by coulombs.......So relative motion should be zero to carefully and correctly determination of force..
