2 + 3 = 10 {(3+2)*2}

7 + 2 = 63 {(7+2)*7}

6 + 5 = 66 {(6+5)*6}

8 + 4 = 96 {(8+4)*8}

so,

9+7= {(9+7)*9} = 16*9 = 144
