while considering reduction potential values do we consider only the magnitude while finding out higher or lower values rp or how is it?

more negative the reduction potential,more difficult it is to reduce the element and easier to oxidise it.........if electrode potential is positive ,the element can be easily reduced.........in simple terms, greater reduction potential means easier to reduce
