. 1 Count to 10 when you are getting upset. This is a normal way that we have all heard. We have heard it because it works if you practice it. Count to 10 and you may solve many of your outbursts before they happen.
2 Find something that is calming. Try deep breathing from your diaphragm. Take 10 deep calming breaths. This can be very soothing for most people. Combine this with step 1 and count to 10 slowly while breathing.
on whom r u angry ....just try to think this ....imagine ...we all r HIS creatures........we are like waves in a sea ....we take birth from sea ....and then go down into the same sea again .....and when we are wave we r nothing special but sea water only .....only difference is some waves r big some small ....but each wave dies out ....so ...actually we r one ...when u realise the beauty of this ...anger will go away ................next thing is ......learn forgiveness.....by forgiving u r not helping the other person but you .........at the end ...just visualise the earth .......visualise ...what u r .....so small so timid in this entire universe .........u r angry because of some circumstance then think ........of the song ...shukriya jindagi ...from aashayein album......it says .......a painting cant be of a single colour .....sun cant be without rains.....and .....so happiness cant be without sorrow....try to meditate tro all this things .....for some time ...give some time to your self ....try thanking god every day ....and in the end ........i m not the one who can change you ...its you ...the magic is within ...explore it ............. BE COOL ....
Don't expect things from people. Once you don't expect anything there'll be no question of getting angry on that person. Simple job dear.
And in those cases you can't stop expecting jus start ignoring the things they do which make u angry. It's not as easy as it seems, but you'll learn as u grow.
