There are both pros and cons :

Why foreign college :

1 : Cause they sound good in telling

2 : They are good if one wants to settle in a particular place or get work permit

3 : Some foreign colleges are EXTREMELY GOOD : like mit, princeton, harvard , cambridge....but getting into them is quite difficult as you need to qualify TOEFEL, then some more interviews and they are VERY EXPENSIVE

4 : IF you are not very rich i won't recommend you to go to a foreign college without scholarships .

WHy indian college

1 : Indian college are indian college

2 : they are inexpensive and there are no problems of food etc. as many people going to china etc, have

3 : some colleges like iits, bits , nits are quite good and are very good internationally for UG studies

4 : they teach you the same thing and you will not have any cultural problem

Of course if you get a good foreign college at affordable price then go for it, BUT CHECK THE DEGREE ETC> OFFERED BY THE COLLEGE and check the times rating of college else you might be cheated by a third party.
