Amit Gupta is the son of a roadside tea vendor in Sector 37 Chandigarh. Realizing the potential within Amit, GIITJEE decided to encourage him and offered to give free coaching to him for IIT-JEE. Amit's and GIITJEE's combined efforts paid off, and Amit bagged an excellent All India Rank of 1080 in IIT-JEE 2011. He has been admitted into IIT Delhi in the Mathematics and Computing Department, and is about to join soon. Amit's proud father is very grateful to GIITJEE for the help given to him. It gives GIITJEE a lot of pride as well as satisfaction to see its student having done so well despite adverse conditions. It also renews our commitment to enabling our students to crack IIT-JEE and other engineering entrance exams.
