It's because I pay my taxes(ok, my parents pay them) and pay for the infrastructure fees. I dont want shitty politicians eating that money in an illegitimate way.

Relax dude,these guys don't use their brains to analyze the situation.
Let them wait for few years,they will get to know!
Wen rate of unemployment will shoot up,and their so called "brothers" will stab them for food and money.

Well,
After reading all the above posts,all I can say is:
Whatever the case is...whether like your country or not,is a personal opinion.I mean when so many people are stubborn enough to oppose other's viewpoints so enthusiastically...what more can one say?
So nobody is wrong,nobody is right.Maybe some people are optimists and so they think theres hope for change(like me),and some people are either to distressed about the topic or whatever.
So what I would like to add(humbly) is if we become good human beings then our country itself will become good! Then we can help other countries too(seems far-stretched.but...nothing is impossible!)
So kindly stop fighting about it (and stop hurling abuses)and start working! In a decade or so we will know who did what !!!

Dear Vyzz, i have no intention to hurt ur sentiment and i respect ur opinion which is different from mine but if possible please ask ur parents and not to ur parents only , all those who work, are they paying there taxes honestly and and those who engaged in business in particular. There is bit of corruption in all of us. Those who are in lime light gets projected others spared away. i agree with u that politicians are corrupt and this is not in INDIA , it is everywhere. But the point is that in developed countries citizens are educated and in INDIA, we all r literate.
There is difference in educated and literate. Literate is one, who possess knowledge and Educated is one who possess knowledge as well as know where to apply that knowledge. Example, we all know spitting in public place is unhygenic but quite often we do it that is literacy. It is not found in developed countries.
Please Don't take my words as personal as ur positive opinion will increase my knowledge as well.

dude....
i love india coz of its culture coz of the heritage , wat we have got frm our previous generations....the way it was in 19th and 20th century
i hate indians of today coz the are wasting that heritage....india had a good status (nt financially) in the world....
we were knwn frm our respectful behavior......we call it as SANSKAR in hindi.....
but now
all are corrupted....damn we are loosing all that status....
i read a story my teacher told me in 10th grade
a japanese was travelling by bus......in japan
he saw seat was torn frm somewhere....
he asked fr a needle n thread frm lady sitting next to him and stitched it......
my mam was surprised......she said those guys have love fr their country and its thing
bt here.....we all tear the seats (baithe baithe hi) spit here n there
dats y i hate INDIANS.....

ok knw....... wat was our contribution to it??????? accordin to our culture....did our ancestor's ever knew abt valetines day?????????? i guess dey evn never knew who was valentine.......
