I think IIT committee is going to raise the eligibility limit for JEE from 60% to 85%. They are not going to count 12th mark for preparing JEE rank. I welcome this suggestion. Present 60% limit is too low for a reputed institute like IIT. I feel that they should initially raise this to 75 and see the effect.

and bhai No.that is the point i am putting!! CBSE has set a level for schools throughout the country. it does not prescribe any level for the internal exams so that cannot be compared to the boards' standard. agar aapke school mein 33 aye and boards mein 99 to aapne kuch to padha hi hoga boards k liye, aise hi faaltu mein to kiske marks nahi aate. if CBSE is so worthless that it cant be compared to the schools which it affiliates, then why don't a lot of the students score in the boards?? itna hi gira hua standard hai boards ka to why cant everybody score in them?? now dont tell me ki PEOPLE DONT SCORE COZ THEY GET A STINGY EXAMINER!!! ye sirf excuses hai!!!
and jise dekho board ko criticise kar raha hai. ghar baithe bolna easy hota hai. as i said before, the board is NO FOOL. agar unhone ek standard set kiya hai to kuch soch samajh k hi kiya hoga and agar board pattern mein changes ho rahe hai har saal to wo bhi soch samajh k hi ho raha hoga!! but yeah, democracy hai, kuch bhi bolo!!!
