465 is really an outstanding score you will get a rank of about 5-15 last year 476.5 had got the air 3 please rate it if u find it beneficial

according to a source the marking scheme would be 10 questions of 1.5 20 of 3 10 of 4.5 40 questions in each subject please rate the reply if u find it beneficial

i hav doubt.....if the markin scheme is like this as given above...tht means the ques...with marks 4.5 wll be toughr...............
is d ppr gonaa be tougher as compare to the years it has beeen comin so

Hmmm last year i dont think 4.5 marks questions were difficult they were only more conceptual others were direct formula based but remeber this time in aieee do all large marks question first , i screwed my paper last time doing small questions first and many large marks questions were left unattempted which seriously hampered my rank

last year i got 346.5/540 in aieee2006 (AIR 1182 )
i am right now in nit trichy
u should be around 1200 rank to get ur branch

admissions to nit's are based on state rank.it depends much on where you live.worst states are AP & rajastan.
