hey i heard of a book called something like elementary number theorem.. theres stuff guys have actually proved on pure amthematics, and created formulae for questions like this one.

there may be formulas on this , but i believe that all the formulas can't be crammed . Its better to devise some other techniques .

true.. just adding to the thread..
but just for arguments' sake.. we would be much much older by the time we are able to prove those formulae the way those guys did..
check out elemantary number theory on any website if u can.. ull c what i mean.
