no.of ways of selecting 8 out of 20 = 20C8
now from one side no. of ways of selecting 4 from 10 such that no two are adjacent = 7C4
so probability = (7C4 * 7C4)/(20C8) QED!!!!!!!!!!!!

yup we are absolutely rite i'm 100% sure coz selecting 4 out of 10 such that no two are adjacent is equiivalent to placing the four selected persons inbetween 6 non selected persons = 7C4 = 35 this is the shortest method & the most effective in exams just convert selection to placement.
