i dont agree wid u .... u said at the mic level fric is electrostatic but remember even at this level the direction of fric changes wid the dir of motion....also abt internal energy it iss due to the const breaking and making of bonds due to which there is loss if energy ......... and it is not that there is no concept of internal energy at microscopic level.......... |

| umm actually what im saying is....THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FRICTION at molecular level. are u trying to say that if two molecules rub together they will experience friction?? ....and well about internal energy...well wat im saying is at molecular level we cant say "internal energy of a molecule"? can we? |
