Have ur sleep, i mean a proper 6 - 7 hour sleep......

So dat wen u study during the day, u dont sleep over ur buk.

Sriram, dis year's AIR 595, cleared JEE in his 1st attempt studying just 2hours a day, but getting the 100% out of this 2 hours.....

but then 7 hrs of school

3-4 hrs indaily activities

then u left with 12-13 hrs 6 hrs will leave u 7 hrs

and in this especially i canm complete 75% of my RCM which is left +whole org in one month

24 hrs a day...7 hrs to sleep ,

3 hrs fr refreshment and ur lunch dinner etc..

8 hrs of study

1 hr fr net....

still 5 hrs left.....

and u say school is of 7 hrs now....so jus do this

2 hrs of refreshment , 2.5 hrs fr refreshment and 7 hrs of study...(baaki sab same..)

and yes 7 hrs of study is more than enuf now....itna bhi mat padhna k sab bhul jao...

I say instead of drinking coffee or chewing gum just drink a glass of cold water.it will help you.drinking coffee upsets ur stomach so dont drink it too often.also it is necessary to take good night sleep for atleast for 5 hours,so dont skip that sleep and try to use the max. daytime for ur studies.hope u find it useful.BEST OF LUCK
