Hey deedee,
Centrifugal force is a force which comes into play in only a non-inertial frame of reference and we are talking purely about an inertial frame of reference.
Don't u guys feel so?

in driver part the machine moves so fats the water along with dirt ABSORBED gets thrown away from cloth due to centrifugal force also there are holes present on the surface for exit of dirt water
in washing part the roter rotates to and fro this removes the dirt material as co efficient of friction(the proper word would be coefficient of stickness!!!!!!!!) get minimized by addtition of washing powder the reason why machine moves to and fro is below see if the machine moves in only one direction then the dirt particle will alllign themselve in a particular direction at which the water molecule cannot addher them if in to and fro motion , the particle allign themselves in direction of fro motion ,then they will be easily removed by TO motion hence
rate me if u understand nudge me if u dont
