@arpan one thing more
IIT is now trying to select the students who study themselves and have not joined any coaching or any tuition because self study is something that gives more knowledge than any other alternative.... It is truth, it is trying to put a lock to the coaching institutes
Only rich can join Coaching institues so what abt others who are brilliant but do not have money to buy extra books or join any coaching... therefore NCERT books are the only thing on which they can rely ... u can go for the IIT paper 2007...it is a proof for what i'm saying is not a myth but truth just practice and practice NCERT books are the best.. except for MATHEMATICS algebra and conics and ya!!! don't forget to rate me if found some potential in my advice.
