i would just like to say that i do know it is not possible to bring such changes to the site suddenly.
we know it would take time but that is not a problem unless the changes are being brought about .
as for now i am not complaining cos the computer science forum had been recently launched.
so i can see that work is being done to improve the site , hence i am sure such suggestions would already be in your mind and i hope u would make your best efforts to implement them .

very nice suggestions put up by all........especially by konichiwa2x. i understand it wont be possible to do it immediately but i'm sure it can be done over a period of time!!

We should be allowed to delete posts.
And the goiit nickels should be replenished.
It's really unfair that we get only six.. not enough.
Das y som people resort to crap like fake ids  n
postin stuff at comm. shelf.
Also the spam n inapprop. placed msgs shud b moved at time

well...i just couldnt resist myself frm replying to this post....
first of all, i do agree with the problem of text editor..as mentioned by koni...nd dat needs an alternative...as far as altitudes are concerned, yeah koni is right that..they no longer represent the skill nd effort of the users...any kind of article gets over 1000 points in a couple of days...it doesnt matter if they are useful or not. Rates no longer mean anything... i still rem'ber it took me over 3-4 months to reach 1000...and at that tym, getting ur answer rated was really difficult...until n unless... it actually deserves to be rated..but nowadays...every othr answer is rated...cmmon guys...it has all destroyed the real value of altitude..ur this altitude isnt going fetch u a seat in IIT or NITs...stop bothring about them!!!
as for experts, i completely agree with hsbhatt sir!! srry to say frnds...but really JEE aspirants shudnt be made expert... it will give u a pride feeling...which ultimately will harm urself only.Also being aspirants for the entrances, u ppl still dnt knw about the institutes, nd cllges as gud as the teachers, nd cllg students do!!!!....plus onething i would really like to mention here,as an expert (or better said having an expert status here).... frnds being expert doesnt mean anything special... its just that our posts are shown in pink...nd really nthing!!! i reply here, in the very same way..i used to do wen i wasnt an expert... nd the same goes for even bipin!! jst rem'ber onething...u shud be able to solve the problems here... if u can... well n gud.. just help othrs by replying to it...nd if u cant...just look forward to the reply by any othr user....
moreover, i would like to point out many more things too... firstly the mis-use of nudge-buk... many users are online, jst to chat here..instead of solving problems... which is sth against this site's main motive... so the question of making nudgebuk 'private'... shudnt be even askd!! thr's one more thing which i find really irritating at tyms, ...the huge signature attached with posts...i mean attach some signature...some quote...bt these big html graphics nd all that...i hardly see any use of them!!!
now for the mock-tests, thr r already many of them on the site.... u can give them...plus thr r many othr sites also, whr u can get tests...m not saying that goiit cant provide u all that (afterall it has provided u so much).... but still..it takes too much of work ... to be done to arrange these tests...
last but not the least, goiit is a site for u ppl...to help u guys... to guide u...nd keep onething in mind...goiit is not a place to hangout, to make frnds only...its a place where u can refresh urself when u r bored up with studies....moderation team is already working hard to give u the best they can. U ppl will put up some suggestions...but to actually implement them..needs hell lot of work...why not u guys jst cooperate among urself... nd try to reduce work-load of moderation team.... go ahead...fight it out...and reach the stars PS: this is all my personal opinion...nothing against anyone

i think chat facility shouldnt b there bcoz more probably it will b a kind of mess n nonsense, n its not tht experts arent active they r ,if Q has been put on ask experts panel,we recieve a quick reply,moreover many goiitians get the opprtunity to attempt Qs n test their knowledge b4 experts actually answer.ur n i agrree to other suggestions made by u.
i think nickel system to ask Q to experts shdnt b there.
i wud suggest admin sir to add few physics applets n chem animations on the site if possible for quick understanding of concepts.

well u all guys are correct...hardly one expert is active which they claim as their expert zone.... when i joined this site some 20 days back i got impressed thats its a great thing that the top most faculty of india is helping people without any cost.its like a heaven for those who can't afford costly coaching bt every thing is farce. well i m ready to help u guys in chemistry part as much as i can...
