warning:i ll try explaining u,bt iam vry bad at explaining a- 1st option atwood machine pulley mass neglected only mass hanging considered so a constant force
B-as in gun wen bullet leaves it applies impulse wich is time independent
c-in van de graff generator as electric field produced in shell depends on r
d-in galvanometre produced depend on flux wich changes wen velocity changes as torque changes

But in van de graff, the electric field also keeps increasing as time passes, so it shud be time dependent also. And in gun case, the impulse also depends on the velocity of bullet fired, so it shud be velocity dependent also.

See dude I think we are going to learn about the atwood machine some time later... I guess it is a pulley system which gives a constant force(some D Alembert's principle~that's what i heard on the phone when i called my father!!).
Next as for gun the force depends on the elongation of the spring hence time dependent !!
As for Van De Graff's generator I know only the principle,i know this much that if a a charged conductor is brought in contact with a hollow conductor then the charge is transferred to the hollow conductor. So that's position dependent force.
For galvanometer the current in the coil produces a magnetic field which exerts a torque. Now you can bring in the concept of drift velocity into it.I think this question is a little too difficult for us!
and there can be other arguments also.

yaar somebody plz clear my doubts also-
But in van de graff, the electric field also keeps increasing as time passes, so it shud be time dependent also.
And in gun case, the impulse also depends on the velocity with which the bullet is fired, so it shud be velocity dependent also.
