correct answer is 'd' . because in triangle law of vector addition if direction of all three sides in continue manner then the addition of all three sides are zero this explanation make your option 'a' , 'b' , 'c' wrong if you think that i give correct explation then please inform me. Thank You.

What you consider in triangle law of vector addition are the force vectors. How does that make option 'b' wrong ?
