H2 SO4 is a strong acid.. Wouldn't be the case if the bond was perfectly covalent.. Your answer's alright.. O- has + R effect on the S, I still stand by that.. Nothing wrong with your answer too AFAIK..

so dude ya wanna know why H2SO4 is a strong acid...
coz after ya take out H+, the molecule is very stable due to resonance, and i think in ionic compounds, no resonance takes place....
|
