test at the cetre is recommended bec firstly iitjee is not an online exam....and secondly u wont get exam like conditions at home

Ur wish....test centre will give u JEE like surroundings. Refer http://www.brilliant-tutorials.com/Prospectus-IIT-JEE.html for prospectus and enrollment form.
