a rumor got spread dat the aieee 2009 paper was leaked (liked the iitjee 1997 leak)

so ccb officials , to maintain the image of "one of the premier institutes" of the country r conducting re-examination, as their image shud not get "tainted"

hurray re-examination, kitna maza aayega
