someone help me now i am gettingaround 115 marks ne chance getting in range of 15000-18000? i noe thts bad

taruntanuj007, u should forget about vit, because it is not a very good institute. u have done very well in AIEEE and im sure u will get a rank above 1000. give ur best for dce and bits, as both are great colleges, a lot better than vit.
ps. read the topic about vit in this site by an ex student.

Damn man. Thats the best set of scores I've seen. 310 in AIEEE is DEFINITELY worth leaving the VIT for. Just take it easy. If you get a bad rank then the rest of us will all have to open pav bhaji stalls or something!

Can ne1 xplain wat do u mean by "cutoff in AIEEE"??? i mean dat if cutoff is say 130, so does dat mean dat a person getting 130 will get 30000 rank?? Coz they do call ppl till 30000 rank, right??

the cut off should be around 135-140 but geting around 280 will make through top 5 NIT's

the cutoff last year was 27.96 % (151/540)
so now this year, equivalent to that is 100 marks.
OK, assuming the paper had more time and same level of tuffness, the cutoff can go till 120 MAX.
so chill, me getting 147 (not 155 as i thought earlier), i know, its bad, but i think coz im in karnataka, relatively the competition is lesser so hape i will get sum course in surathkal... wat do u think?
