and for example my frnd used my connection 250 MB without my knowladge !! this happenned when only 400MB was free !

newarnav actually i didnt change my password and also i didnt bother to check my useraccount for a long time so now i have forgotten my password.

hey sniper,although there's a big probability that there might b sum prob in the bill, but I think that u shud also look 2 wat Ashish has said.......i.e.,although I'm not sure,but every time u open a site(specially goiit), files r automatically downloaded.......that's wat is considered as 'downloaded files'...... I think u shud change ur plan......like switch 2 sumthin' like 450Rs. monthly fixed rental and unlimited download........... please don't take it for sure......I may b wrong! but stil...

Ask them to show you the data transfer log since you have got such a big expense...
Then look for any unexplained activity of heavy download or stuff in that log that they give you of download and upload in that month.

THERE IS A NEW PLAN FROM BSNL.IF YOU TAKE UNLIMITED CONNECTION FOR Rs.900/month,then there is no limit for downloading.better change your plan 250 to unlimited.

Dude first of all, any page you open is considered DOWNLOADED.  Maybe ur huge bill is due to the fact that you may have refreshed the pages lot of times. Everytime you refresh a page ( goiit home page / nudgebook for example) it is reopened and considered downloaded.  And dude, lemme tell you that videos are the major BYTE EATERS  Still , considering your usage, anything above 2500 sounds fishy. Cheers!!!!!

its better you dont pay them and they will disconnect your net then go for airtel unlimited plan just for rs 450(something like this not sure) you can download as much as you can and enjoy last month i downloaded atleast 20 hindi movies but same chrge only

anybody who wants to check his bsnl service records should go to this site: type username and password and then click on service records and then choose the month.aur haan youtube pe videos dekhna band kar do saare. cheers!!!!!!!!
