i have also heard this but i don't think it i true because just 3 months are left and still there is no sign of official announcement from iit so i dont think there will be screening this year. last year they announced around 4 to 5 months before exam about pattern change in iit exam.

so just keep your cool and concentrate on prepration

hope for best be prepared for worst
