he's talking abt. a particular insiti in bangalore which i don't know....
(i didn't get exactly what he wants to say!)
but still....i think a normal kid requires some guidance....only correspondence from any institute is mere foolishness...(especially from vmc)....
if u are an overdetermined student...they u may go for it.....and study...

ur rght that students need guidence but dont underestimate that with only correspondance nobody cant crack iit..........there are guys who do that............

books always der to guide u....u hav a prob then go do some research...u mi8 understand much more dan wat u wud ve understood jus by askin the teacher da same...u mi8 not always get the best teachers u kno...bt u can always get the best books u kno...

books may not be everything...there are a number of things which should be taught....which may take several months to understand....even more....teachers are important for starters....especially for a normal student...lke me!

agree whole heartedly woth neeraj ...i m too from vmc delhi and i dont have any .any complaints from my institute.....that is best thing to happen that i joined vmc

ya starters need good teachers but u have to admit that there are some superficial guys who can grasp very quickly in the sense in classroom itself they learn 90% of the cocncept ...........

i agree dude....i m no gud grasper at all...neva bin so...
but i feel ...there r some books which r superb....n theres always the internet to guide u....if ur probs r so big n so very 'unsolvable' by these then u ll def. need a teacher !!....i m not sayin doin things on ur own is the best.....wat i said earlier was...."takin up brilliants correspnd. course wud help u gr8 deal much mor than BASE..bt u jus gotta stay focused n understand evy damn thing in der material ...if u hav doubts ...which cannot b solved then u can ask them by mail thru correspondece agen....

Is joining VMC enough?
It appears that a lot of students are more concerned about joining VMC than joining IITs.
They need to understand that ?VMC is just a means to preparing for IITJEE not an end in itself. Also, less than 40% of VMC students get thru IITJEE
