anchit ur ans is rite
coz though the relative velocity between the engine and the passenger is zero, after sound has been emitted by the engine whistle, it will travel in the air with velocity 340 and passenger in train A is moving with velocity 20m/s in the opposite direction.
so, we have to add the velocities
and same for the passengers in the train B
hope u all dont confuse with frequency and velocity......
