FOR FAT SOLUBLE VITAMINS………….

KuMARan is a DoCtOR who always EATS.

K=Vit. K  = Menadione(M) . u all know its required for clotting of blood and so anti-haemorrhagic vitamin.

A= Vit. A = Retinol(R). Now it is for vision.

D = Vit. D = Calciferol(C). It causes Osteomalacia(O) in adults as Rickets(R) in children.

E= Vit. E = Antisterility(A)/beauty vitamin = Tocopherol(T)

U can modify it in ur way. Plz notify here if u have any modification.CHEERS………….

 hi guyz... i have come up with yet another mnemonic...

i guess u must have tried to mug up the horse's evolutionary line... which sits there for a month in ur brain and then dissappears...

so, here is a mnemonic....

OMi Mia ka Prime Minister Platform Goda( or horse or equus instead of Goda )

which stands for

Orohippus

 Mesohippus

Miohippus

Parahippus

Merychippus (calllipus)

Plieohippus

Equus

dont forget to add hyracothecium at the start..

Ladki                                           - L ring

Hai                                               - Hook

Filmi                                           - Filament

...........as all these pairs of rings are present in GRAM NEGATIVE BACTERIA only, therefore one can also add the word NAHI after the word filmi and N of NAHI will denote -ve bacteria possess these structures

itz useful and easy 2 remember...........so do rate it
