Go for Airtel. Mine is Rs 250 for phone charges + Rs 199 for internet per month.

In this the usage is free during night hours i.e. free downloading from 8pm to 8am and upto 200 mb free if u r downloading/surfing in day time.

not possible man... i use more than snipers usage... mine is a 1 GB download plan.. sify.. i dont exhaust my plan... but then i dont deal too much in videos/pics.. same i think is the case with sniper... so u should talk to the isp for a detailed account.

i think that 1gb includes temporary internet files....

so ur extra downloaded things plus 4-5 hrs daily usage might have led to such enormous bill.

So please verify that thing, is it for seperate download of applications, songs, videos, softwares etc or does it include temp. internet files. If yes, then it might be possible as 4-5 hrs regular usage for 2 months is quite a big thing..

LISTEN TO THIS PIECE OF ADVICE-IF U R USING THE NET FOR NEARLY 3-4 HRS A DAY U MIGHT GET A BILL OF MORE THAN RS 2000.
WHY DON"T U SWITCH OVER TO THE RS 900 PLAN IN BSNL WHICH GIVES U UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS AND UNLIMITED ACCESS TO THE NET.
U PAY ONLY ASUM OF RS 900 IN UR MONTHLY BILL (NO EXTRA CHARGES).

see the term download in bsnl language is sent +recived
either their is some virus on ur pc or u have let ur windows eneabled to download latest updaets
else where their would be some program running which is downloading information from site
ya fhir aapne internet ka bill 4-5 month se nahi bhara
ya phir aap lots of video dekh rahe honge
in extreme condition it might a computer mistake as using ur account is not easy job
.if u think that someone is using ur account,then simply lodge a complain in police,if it had not been u he might be in custody

"SNIPY " BUDDY, NO ONE CAN NE BIGGER DOWNLOAD FREAK THAN ME.............AND MY HIGHEST WAS 2000+ smntime.........EVEN WATCHING YOUTUBE VIDEOS CAN'T PUT THAT MUCH........BUT THERE CAN BE ONE CASE....IF U HAVE A STREAMING MEDIA CATCHER SOFTWARE RUNNING...... IT CONTINUES TO DOWNLD EVERY VIDEO U VISIT EVEN AFTER MIGRATING FROM THAT PAGE..........SO BETTER CHECK THAT.....MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT U MIGHT HAVE OPENED UP A LIVE TV WEBSITE THEN .......THE SOFTWARE WOULD HAVE CONTINUED TO RECORD......................SAME KINDA CASE WITH DWLD MANAGERS..............and yes check for spywares..........few weeks ago ORKUT login page was infected with such a trojan and it took me costly 3hrs. to clear its mess out(temp items, startup, reg. entries. ie addons, etc it was havoc man.....in this case search ssqrr.dll in ur computer....)

btw, if ur pc is infected , u don;t have to go for such a tedious ordeal, u can go 4 antispywares(norton is useless even on vista), i actually have a passion of cleaning them manually during every major outbreak....
