dude, get a life
i bet if you pass through JEE
the first thing they will make you do is a prep course in English :P
and who told you that you can not do any extra curriculer activities in IITs?
IMHO iits encourage student to excell in everything they wish to perform. (at least thats the case in iitb)
I acted in many plays, short films after coming to iitb
and no i was no great actor in my school days.
people after coming to iit realise their full potential
they do acads and sports/cultural activities
you will have all the time in the world to do acting/dancing/painting/and what not
and grow up kido, friends dosti, what are you the one from Kal Ho Na Ho?
