Where shud I move on?

IIT KGP  Industrial Engg or Manufacturing Sc & Engg

BITS PILANI  ECE

what r the scopes of all these branches???

 ELECTRONICS AT BITS, PILANI IS A NICE CHOICE. BUT YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT RANK IN IITJEE TOO. IF YOU WISH TO PERSUE A CAREER IN ONE OF THE IITS WHICH ACCORDING TO ME YOU SHOULD, THERE ARE ADEQUATE OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU. HAVE A LOOK AT 2007 CLOSING RANKS OF VARIOUS BRANCHES. IT WOULD TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN GET A COURSE OF YOUR CHOICE IN ONE OF THE IITS.

THINK OVER BEFORE DECIDING. IITs HAVE GREAT BRAND VALUE AND IMAGE. AT A RANK LIKE THIS IT WOULD BE WORTH WHILE GIVING A PROPER THOUGHT OVER IT BEFORE DECIDING.

ya, your position is an unenviable one. i was in the same dilemma last yr.

if you want to stick with iit's then go for some newer i.e. unconventional courses. don't blindly jump for the usual meta or civil. other options do exist. if u go for bits the only thing u will miss is the iit name, otherwise electronics from bits is grt.

i think u shud go to bits pil elec. as even bits hs a gud brnd nme(a little less than iit) but then u gt a extremely gud brnch.......
