Sir,i have heard from somewhere, well i dont know its a rumour or not,but

there is going to be seperate list of IIT MUMBAI alongwith the ALL INDIA list.

And those who have applied for JEE through IIT POWAI will get the new IIT in gandhinagar if they are in extended list of IIT MUMBAI
