20% percent in iit

how to i know that iam in top 20% percentile as i am having 73%in pcm and 68% overall as i am in bihar board

They will declare the 80%ile cutoffs for 2012 exams for all boards on the CBSE website after a couple of weeks. For UP board 65% marks is 80%ile.
