A Das Gupta for IIT Maths has been recommended by many persons. Was it not for earlier Mains exams ? Now JEE ask objectice type Quest. only. Is it good even now? Is TMH better than A Das Gupta?

my opinion is that if subjective is done perfectly then we can easily do objective . dasgupta is an evergreen book . tmh is no as better as dasgupta , but it is also a good book . [ myopinion ]

Both of these books are good. An objective test doesn't mean you only have to solve objective problems. You must have a good exposure of subjective problems as it helps you improve your analytical skills.

Dear Aish,

I think, both of the books ,demands ur concepyual clarity and contexual familarity and well as ur application skills. So, if u have a sound knowledge of both the three, u can opt to any book u want....Moreover choosing a right book also matters a lot. So, my opinion is Adas gupta has a fair good questions because it has initialise the worked out problems in a sequential manner ,so that u will develop a thought provoking style in urself....but in TMH all the questions are jumbled , so in my opinion A Das gupta is the best.

    Hope it will help u............................CHEERS!!!!!!!!!!
