for competitive exams which book is good for phy, chem, maths and how many hours will it be beneficial for me to study from now to prepare for IIT

I would like to suggest you to follow these books for IIT JEE preparation

Physics:  H C Verma, Arihant,G C Agrwal, Irodov

Maths: R D Sharma, Arihant, A Dasgupta, M L Khanna,TMH

Chemistry:
P Bahadur, O P Tondon, Arihant, Morrison n boyd
