You have to fill this sheet during counselling as some faculty of your IIT zone will be available to quide you in making some of the choices (although you must prepare your list according to your preferences from home itself and the faculty member will be available just to clear some of your doubts)

Just wanna caution u. Be clear abt the order in which u whish 2 fill in the branches beforehand or else u will screw up everything on that day.
