Presntly Bansal is not in a good positon since its losing teachers in regular intervals due to the not-so-friendly-nature of Mr V.K.Bansal. This year again 7 teachers left. Good ones.
Good teachers left only for the upper 3-4 batches. Theory you would understand only if you did coaching the last two years. And study material is DAMN hard and frustrating.. And most of the things in Chem is outta IIT syllabus.
No point in going to Kota. If you have Reso or some other good coaching around then join it.
Absolutely rubbish!!!! not so friendly nature of bansal sir??? u will not get a better maths teacher than him in whole of india. i'm saying this bcoz i hv studied under him. u can talk to him abt anything(incl ur personal probs) and he is always ready to solve them for u. in my view u shud join bansal classes if u want to qualify for jee with a good rank. initially i was also in lower batch but teachers were good there also. then after 2 tests i got promoted. that was not some magic. thats was bcoz teachers were good. but u will benefit only if u follow everything they tell u to do. sometimes u will find that tough but ultimately u will benefit.
yup anish is right if u have done all the homework and dpps they have given to u then surely you will clear jee with under 500 rank ( the hard part is doing that atleast i was not able to understand the theory given by teachers their may be as i have not done coaching in 11th and 12th ) and was not able to solve any question of exercise 2 and most of the exercise 1 so i just got frustrated and leave that :D . you were in which batch anish at first..
Anish bro I am talking about V.K Bansal sirs nature towards TEACHERS! And not students.
In the 2009-2010 batch a lot of fiasco was created! P.KBansal was BOOED!! Becoz of his undivided attention towards the top batches. After one reshuffling test, on one day almost 1500 students were CAUGHT attending class in other batches. What do you say about that? Obviously due to less teachers. And I am not making all this up..u can ask ANYONE from last year... YOU can ask ANY teacher in WHOLE of Kota about V.K.Bansal sirs behaviour towards teachers.
I know he is a very good teacher and mentor...BUT only for students. Not teachers. And thats why Bansal is losing its faculty time-by-time.
21 years ago... bansal sir ( as he is known today) used to take personal tutions from me in some remote corner of ajmer..
i no him from childhood and he is a highly average person.. so pls join my coaching

Bansal is good for nothing. Bansal focuses on just to enroll talented student who will secure rank even without any coaching. In one of the meeting with parents Mr Bansal said that for us only few are rankers and rest students are bankers. Alos, Vibrant got bansal approach in legacy.
Most of the students who are joining Bansal and Vibrant are going for private tuition in Kota even after paying 70,000 to Bansal or Vibrant. I am sure, you won't belive this - so please visit Kota and enquire yourself. TRhere are jingles of private tutors on FM Radio in Kota mentioning that they enroll students of bansal only.
In my opinin if you are taleneted and can manage to be in first 3 batch then join Bansal if not then join Career Point as in recent years I have seen they are putting lot of efforts and give individual attention.
Before joining anybody, just survey Kota market, ensure who is giving you individual attention which I think is most imporatnt for you.

join vibrant instead of bansals ( most of the faculties have left since )
all coaching starts probably around 20 jun ( bansal started last year )
most of the teachers give basics ( but basics are also of very high level :P )
atleast i was not able to do even a single problem after attending lecture directly have to read a lot from other books
+ a few teachers bullied the students who were not knowing hybridization etc.
u will get gud faculty in bansal only if u r in the top 3 droppers batch.
