You will not get through general quota. The paper this year was damn easy and the cutoff is expected to almost double.

However, you might just clear the ST cutoff,...but only just enough for prep course.

Oh yes, by the way, I am myself getting 398, yet I am not sure about my dream branch-Biochemical Engg & Biotechnology, in IIT DELHI.

the cutoff will be about 175. Im 99%sure it wont cross 200...

As for u people saying 340 is a bad score, i wonder if you see the number line the opposite way!lol

You might get something in new IIT's, I agree.However, you might want to consider some other options like BITS, DCE, after having performed so horribly today.

I mean, seriously 386..it's so so pathetic...even I managed 398 and now I am feeling like banging my head against a wall.

i am a student of IIT Delhistupid guys like the one above who have no guts to get into even the neighbourhood private college..play such stupid pranks every year..so that serious students fret over..so guys who r serious candidates..chill up..he is just an ass ..and yea as everything gets moderated i can't type a few things more..u can add up some more hate mails here for this nice ass who thinks he is smart..i don't know what lunatic pleasure they get by saying all this shit..aur haan to the one who started this..dude can u count 340?
