IIT JEE counselling doubt..............

None

Hello everyone.....I have my Marksheet of class 12 on which it is written " Pass Certificate awarded " but I still donot have the Pass certificate

since it will be with me only after 15th june. Now as the Counselling brochure states that we need ot have the Pass certificate and Marksheet

both.........so what to do go for provisional admssion..........However provisional admission is for those whoes result haven't been declared

yet........so I am in confusion.......................result have been declared but I don't have the Pass certificate ..............

SECOND QS : In our board the percentage is awarded by the % of best four .but the % aren't mentioned on the marksheet or pass

certificate ....now as per brochure " In case the % aren't stated by the board the % is calculated by the average of all marks given on the

marksheet ".....so here the problem is that board allocates a method to calculate the % but doesn't states it in the certificate so which % to write.

forpass certificate you should goto your school and ask to principal is it coming or not .because it is given after the marksheet so you should look forward.

i won't have pass certificate b4 13th june as my principal said

in case u r not able to get it i suggest u one thing

ask ur school to give a printed proof on letter head of school that

________ guy has passed class 10+2 in _______division from _______board with subjects: ________

also make them to write that we have not been issued pass certificate from ______board till now. we ll provide it to ____as soon as we receive it.

then get it signed from principal with stamp of school......

also mention ur roll no. of 10+2 on it...u can take more hint from ur 10th pass certificate.....

i think i hav made ur way bit easier....

Phone the IIT office and ask them what to do...
