No. This is not correct.

Because, here in our institute... some of them are telling that they will get 240 and above. but unfortunately their result is "Not qualified" in todays exam. So experts please give replay to avoid the confusion.

Please open a discussion about the marks are the corresponding rank today ( atleast the expected marks according to the keys given by different people.)

This cut off is raised bcz of increasing competiotion guys.

All benifit having is of OBS, SC/ST. because IIT to dem is very easy there cut of marks last year was 140.

All seats for OBC SC/ST are filled.

My friend got 200 odd marks and got 8900 rank........ and 4500 rank for 258 marks..........So 240 marks and no seat it is not possible ...

yr we cant say tht cutoff are very high if ur frnd was expecting very high and he dint get selected...but as heard from all ppls cutoff seems to be within the range of 200-210...

Whats the deal? Getting nothing in my block head

i think there is individual cut off....my friend with 270 is not qualified just because he scored only 6 in maths

@tanveer...4500 for 258 marks is impossible..i got abt 235 nd got rank 2.9k..

i also think that there is individual cut off coz one of frnd got 205 but couldnot qualify whereas someone ith 207 was able to...with a rank of around 8000....please also tell me when is the eml expected to be opened up as i was not selected and i want to know my eml rank.
