wt shud i prefer c.s. at iit roorkee or chem. at iit delhi .which has better package?

Engineering Entrance , JEE Main , JEE Advanced

If you want to give CAT/UPSC etc. you should go for IIT-D Chem as you'll get the best environment for preparations. CS IIT-R should be chosen only in case you have interest in this particular stream.

Both are good but if you are not sure then take CS. Also look at the BHU and Guwahati CS. I am doing the same research for my brother.
