i have got a rank of 3530
i may get dual degree programme in mining in kharagpur or slim chances of making to mechanical in it-bhu and will get civil in bhu
please suggest that what should i opt for
is bhu better than other institutes  like nits ,dce ,etc.

If you have a decent AIEEE rank better join DCE or top NITs.
If you are particularly interested in mechanical you should join IT-BHU, otherwise join IIT Kharagpur where branch change is comparatively easier but you will have to work hard for that. Its not that easy but easier relative to others. But if you are regular you surely can.
