resctrictions may vary from IIT to IIT........but no such restriction in IIT G, M & R for sure.

ya...there are infact quite a few limitations....
1. it should be capable of recording videos....according 2 a survey...MMS distribution is d hottest activity out dere..
2. it shud have a 20X zoom......lambi nazar ka ghoda...i mean mobile..
3. flash bhi hona chahiye......akhir camera to zyadatar raat ko hi use hote hai..
4. 2 megapixel camera..
5.bluetooth enabled and internet connectivity...
6.touch screen
7.FM player
8. width not more than 1 inch..
r dese enuf...!!!
