in my opinion if ur really interested in cs u should go for iiit-h and u'll get it too. for ms or mba in the future join an iit where branch change is relatively easy.

iiit-h is what i would pick out of ur options its a great new college with excellent living conditions (ac rooms) and excellent infrastructure and is taken by the top rankers of ai so it speaks for itself and it would be better than anything else on ur table i think

Biotech is new emerging branch, if you are getting it in IIT,s definitely think about it. Surathkal, Trichi both are very good istitutes. If you are interested in Material sciences- nanotechnology, development of nano materials has a lot of scope; doining material sciences from IIt's is also a good idea. Congrats for your excellant score, you have the option of joining the premier institutes of your choice. Best wishes for your bright future.
