Well, personally I feel that its too early to be even mentioning the name of IIT to him. However, if you want him to develop a good mind, make sure he is strong in mathematics. Additional puzzle like books can be a very strong stimulant for developing rational thinking.

yeah agreed.....

its good that hez serious for IIT..still its quite early for him to study for it
2 years are enough for IIT preps.....make sure he performs well in school exams ,so that his confidence and interest remains good ....rest he will cover up.....in 11th , 12th...
