Hi! I`ve AIR 1903 in JEE.

None

What are my options????

Intrested in Mechanical...

Is Roorkee mechanical better or Civil from Delhi???????

Roorkee mech seems difficult at your rank.

OPT for both. You will get DELHI CIVIL.

And if you are very much interested in MECHANICAL, see if you can get it at PILANI.

If not, stick to Delhi Civil.

Your rank is too good to study mech at BHU unless u are smitten with the subject.

What are your other options?

hey!don't think of IT-BHU at tat rank,roorkee mech diff...guwahati mech more probable....delhi/kanpur civil options are there!
Do consider a Dual(B.tech in engineering design wid m.tech in automotive tech) in IITM...its the only automotive course in INDIA with excellent placements(cut-off rank 2026 i guess last yr)...Its an interesting as well as lucrative branch!
Aerospace duals in IITM/Kgp are also an option...
biotech in kapur...it has got gr8 prospects!

You can take up CS at IT BHU the institute is pretty good being upgraded to IIT by june 09 and also yhe University is very good

Does that fetch me a degree from IIT varavasi or IT BHU as i would be enrolling in IT BHU and not in IIT varanasi????
