how is jee result declared ?

None

i heard that jee results r declared just as qualified or not. Till what rank they take as "qualified". also, what is approx. cut off for BHU & ISM. Are they below 5000 ? when are the ranks told ?

No. You will get your All India Rank . They will take students as per the number of seats. And for cutoffs namangu has given a link , refer it.
