i got 58% marks in12 cbse can i rewrite 12 as private, also am i eligible for iit2009

i secured 58%marks in 12cbse ,i wish to write the improvements exam for 12 as a private candidate in selected subjects to improve my performance to 60%+ ,i gave jee 2008 and did not qualify ,would i be eligible to write jee 2009

Yes you can definitely write tJEE 2009 ... thtough I am afraid tat it will be your last chance
